Cooking classes are individually designed. We come to you in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Classes are a minimum of 6 people.

From preserving artichokes to bottling tomato sugo, making limoncello, pasta, risotto, and the many dishes from the various regions of Italy. Traditional cooking that makes Italian food so “buonissimo”!!!

We create a cooking class to suit your group; as we visit the individual regions of Italy and the very unique recipes that make Italian food so varied from Sicilia to Venezia

Children’s classes, men only, beginners of Italian cooking, bottling, preserving, and some useful hints to bring out the best in your dish.

Classes start $100 pp.
